How quickly could I expect to be up and running with a Netalogue Solution?
Lead times for new projects are typically 4-6 weeks for small projects, with larger more complex projects often taking several months or so depending on requirements. What involvement will my company have whilst the project is being developed?
Once development work starts on your project we will provide you with secure access to our development servers which will enable you to check your new site as we develop it. We will encourage your feedback at all stages so we can quickly discuss and undertake any modifications you may require as the project progresses rather than waiting to perform a review after everything has been completed. For larger projects more formal project milestone review meetings will typically be included in the project plan.
How is the price and delivery time calculated?
If you have a requirements brief or scoping document you should email it to our new business team. If you do not have this information then we have templates which will help define your requirements. From that meeting we will produce a form quotation and specification which will document all the features you require. Netalogue will typically create a data template (usually using something simple like a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) and setup some of your products for you. Netalogue will also provide you with guidance on resizing your product images for the web. If you do not have any free staff resource to prepare data and images in house Netalogue can provide a complete data and image service to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
I want to integrate my solution with our internal systems and/or some of my biggest customers purchasing systems, how and where will this work be carried out?
Before starting your project Netalogue will analyse your systems and obtain the necessary information from your customers. The integration development work will typically be undertaken at Netalogue’s offices and if required Netalogue engineers will carry out site visits to install and test any software that cannot be setup remotely.
